Terms of Service

By placing an order with TELO, you agree to the following policies:

Orders & Payment

* Orders are confirmed once the required payment is received.
* Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
* All prices, quantities, sizes and customization details must be confirmed before production.

Customized Orders

* A digital mock-up will be provided for approval before production.
* Customers are responsible for checking the design, spelling, colors, sizes, quantities and logo placement before approval.
* Once the mock-up is approved, changes cannot be guaranteed.
* Customized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless there is a confirmed mistake or defect from our side.

Production Time

* Printing normally takes approximately 3–7 working days.
* If a requested fabric/color is unavailable, sourcing may take approximately 3 weeks to 1 month.
* TELO does not guarantee rush orders. Production timelines may vary depending on quantity and availability.

Returns & Exchanges

* We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
* For standard/non-customized items, size exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
* Damaged, defective or incorrect items caused by our side will be reviewed for a replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.

Delivery

* Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, suppliers or courier delays.
* Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

* Bulk and corporate orders may have separate pricing, payment terms and production timelines.
* Changes made after confirmation may result in additional charges or delays.

Final Confirmation

By completing your purchase or approving a customized order, you confirm that all sizes, quantities, designs and customization details are correct and that you accept TELO’s Terms & Policies.

Nothing in these policies limits any rights provided under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
